Inspire. Educate. Innovate. That’s at the very core of everything we do at WXN. It is that focus on moving forward and affecting change that guides our third season of evening events that just keeps getting better: our Cocktail Series.

The theme for our 2015 Cocktail Series events is “WXN Thought Leaders”— classic, elegant and always captivating. Glass in hand, you’ll get an intimate look at the journey of Dr. Jennifer Gardy, Senior Scientist, Molecular Epidemiology at BC Centre for Disease Control (Provincial Health Services Authority), Assistant Professor, School of Population & Public Health at the University of British Columbia, and Guest Television Host of CBC’s The Nature of Things. Hear how her ideas were born; when she took that first step; what challenges she leapt over; which ones caused her to fall; why she kept going; who inspired her and who she, in turn, inspired along the way.

Beyond just the topics discussed, one of the most valuable components of all our WXN events is the opportunity to mingle with like-minded, ambitious women. From new contacts, to ongoing connections that just get better with time, we provide an open platform for your professional bonds to grow with meaningful conversation. Don’t know where to start?
