So you want to start extending your network, meeting new people, developing yourself and having a good time while you're at it…well you've come to the right place! While not inclusive of every networking group in the city, this will give you a good snapshot to begin with.

BC Business – They run a few of their own events per year including the Top 100 Luncheon which has less than 100 tickets left to see and hear Jimmy Pattison live.
BNI Canada – Search for a chapter in your area. The BNI strategy relies on a business networking strategy that generates business referrals within many diverse networks. BNI relies on structured business groups wherein each member carries the other’s business cards.
Business in Vancouver – Signature events include Top 40 Under 40 and their “Colour Series”.
Downtown Vancouver Business Group (DVBIA) –Â Non-profit society governed by a volunteer board of directors who equally represent both property and business owners from within our 90-block area.
EWomenNetwork-The Vancouver chapter is very vibrant and welcomes both men and women, and runs one Accelerated Networking event with a speaker, and two smaller Strategic Business Introduction events per month. Non-members are welcome.

Meetup is the world's largest network of local groups, making it easy for anyone to organize a local group or find one of the thousands already meeting up face-to-face. More than 2,000 groups get together in local communities each day, each one with the goal of improving themselves or their communities.
Networking with Purpose – We are Networking with the purpose of ending homelessness by 2015. We do this by donating 90% of all profits to a different charity working in the Downtown Eastside. Events are enhanced by various sponsors. Each company will have their own table and do a 90 second presentation on their company and products & services they provide. This will be followed by a chance to visit industry leaders at their tables!
Rotary Club of Vancouver – Service club dedicated to improving the lives of others both in our community and around the world. Includes speaker events, special events and fundraisers.
Small Business BC – British Columbia's premiere resource centre for knowledge-based business products and services.
Social Butterfly Club – The Social Butterfly Club has over 5,500 members in the Lower Mainland, and around the world. Members are business professionals and entrepreneurs from a wide range of career fields and expertise between the ages of 20-70 who love to network, explore and grow personally.
Vancouver Board of Trade -Hundreds of events per year on a variety of topics, industries and awards.
Vancouver Business Network Forum – Multicultural business network group that helps entrepreneurs grow by giving them the opportunity to network and present their business live and online.
Vancouver Executive Association – Meets weekly at the Terminal City Club in downtown Vancouver where members enjoy a luncheon program that allows for the informal exchange of ideas, information and business insights.
Vancouver Minglers – Minglers Business Socials are held once a month at selected downtown Vancouver Venues. Striving to make Vancouver a world class city through warmth, sociability, etiquette and attitude, one cocktail at a time.
Young Presidents' Organization – YPO membership is open to individuals who are responsible for the full operation of a qualifying corporation or division. The candidate must have at least 50 regular, full-time employees or the equivalent under his or her control. More on qualification here.
