Meet friends from arts, cosplay, films, comics and anime. Vancouver Halloween Parade and Expo is an annual festival starting from Oct 15 Thursday to Oct 18 Sunday, with performing arts at Tom Lee Music Hall, exhibitions at PNE, and a grand Parade in downtown Vancouver. The festival of arts and fantasy is for the general public, opens to everyone and attracted nearly 100,000 spectators last year.
