How do we promote ethical bottom-up approach to production, distribution and consumption of food? It certainly starts by paving the way ourselves. Join us on October 27 for a culinary exploration and presentation by a local passionate chef, Glenys Morgan of Eden West, as she takes us under her wing in teaching how prepare honest and exquisite food. Our evening will start with storey-telling from Chris Beall on fair and equitable food purchasing and sourcing, after which 4-6 courses will be prepared by the chef and finally served with wine and cocktails. It will be the ultimate sustainable-foodie evening, where you will get the opportunity to learn, indulge and network.
Alcoholic beverages will be served with your meal. Please notify us if you would prefer to choose the non-alcoholic option.
