Each will call web order will result in a confirmation number being issued. Please note your confirmation number and bring it with you when you pick up your order along with your credit card and photo I.D. Passes may only be picked up at the Festival Box Office by the credit cardholder as we do not permit second party pick up. There is a $2 handling fee per web order.
