Event Information
The British Columbia Psychological Association in partnership with the Vancouver Public Library are proud to host a free workshop by Dr. Larissa Mead-Wescott
Do you worry about memory loss, or not being able to ‘keep up’ with the younger generation? Changes in our thinking skills are thought of as a natural part of aging, however, current research is demonstrating that many of our daily habits have an influence on our brain’s health.
Dr. Larissa Mead-Wescott describes our current understanding of factors that may reduce the likelihood of cognitive decline, and specific changes you can make to keep yourself sharper, longer.
This is a repeat of our very popular February 16, 2015 event.
This event is free and open to the public.
In partnership with the Vancouver Public Library.
