We are excited to be hosting our 10th season of SPARK Essentials Women’s 2.5 Day Soul Weekend Experience.

About Women’s SPARK Essentials - 2.5 Days Soul Weekend Experience

• An intimate setting for 16 women
• Beautiful and relaxing location
• Assortment of food and beverages

Schedule:

• Friday 6:00 to 10:00pm (doors open at 5:30pm)
• Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Sunday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Note: Accommodations are not included. Sessions do not require you to stay overnight. If you require accommodations for the weekend, please contact SPARK Creations for recommendations in the area.

▪ A time to be still. Our weekends are full SPARK-tivities that also include moments of stillness. We purposely hold our retreats at waterfront locations so that you can feel connected with the water, trees and nature as a whole.
▪ A trusting space supported by loving and empowering women. The Universe will magically surround you with human beings that share similar values and purposes. Together, we will all create a Trust Agreement that allows you to completely open your heart and develop a lifelong SPARKner bond.

Carolyn Fung (13)

Carolyn currently works in Vancouver with a digital marketing agency as a project and account manager. In 2007, she earned her BBA and landed her dream job in advertising. Since then, she has been helping brands get online with digital and integrated media campaigns. Chelsie Aichelberger (13)

Chelsie Aichelberger enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing and communications role. Currently, she is the Marketing Manager for the North American division of Vector Aerospace – a helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul company. At Vector Chelsie develops and implements annual marketing plans and is involved in high-level strategic planning to help Vector reach its company goals. Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Chelsie loves the outdoors whether she is hiking, camping, surfing or on a long distance run.

Sarah Clark (9)

By day, Sarah Clark is a communications manager at Telus. Outside of work, Sarah volunteers with YES! Vancouver as their Communications Director, where she is responsible for leading the strategy and implementation for YES’ internal and external communications, including e-communications to Members, web content and all social media activities. In the little spare time she has left, Sarah lets her creative juices flow by providing graphic design and social media consulting services. When she's not at work or online, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, skiing, checking out live music, cheering on the Canucks, and trying out new restaurants.

Stephanie Fowler (9)

Stephanie's interests lie in storytelling, connecting with people, social media, public relations and marketing. She has completed the Public Relations certificate at SFU and is so excited to put her passions and experiences with events, social media, and public relations to work. She is always looking for opportunities to develop new skills and meet new people. Do not hesitate to connect with her. She is also working on her fitness journey, having completed her first 5km, 10km and half marathon races in the last year. Up next? Pursuing the Grouse Grind regularly and a biking adventure. Gabrielle Garon (7)

Writer, connector, collaborator Gabrielle Garon is on a simple mission to live a life of value, not of success. An avid learner, Gabrielle is passionate about being an influencer and an advocate for change, personal growth, and satisfying those frivolous curiosities about what makes each of us tick. Gabrielle’s been writing since she could print and has future plans to pen a novel, among other things. As a feature writer at NetworkingInVan, Gabrielle is eager to share her perspectives and experiences when it comes to building a brand, a career, and overcoming obstacles along the way. Gabrielle’s favourite networking events are ones where she can socialize, learn something new, and have a glass of wine – not necessarily in that order! The best networking advice Gabrielle has to offer is to “Always be a first rate version of yourself rather than a second rate version of someone else.” – Judy Garland.

Tamara Von Dohren (7)

A media and events professional for the past 10 years, Tamara has worked as a PR Consultant, Wedding Planning Assistant, On-Air radio personality, Music Director and is currently the Senior Promotions Coordinator for CKNW News Talk 980 and AM730 Traffic as well taking on the role as Corporate Event Planner for CORUS Radio Vancouver. Tamara is also a published author with her debut novel 'Daughter of the Moon' produced by Influence Publishing, where Tamara is also an event planning consultant working with her fellow authors to produce their dream book launch events. Karolyn Masters (5)

With over 17 years of experience in the design industry, Karolyn enjoys providing clients with creative designs while building long lasting relationships along the way. With a background in advertising, marketing and project management in the design agency world coupled with her background in art direction, graphic design and copy editing in the media industry, Karolyn is well equipped to create outstanding results for her clients. Her study of psychology compliments my interest in understanding each of my client’s project goals and outcomes. Karolyn also believes in giving back. A big part of her life is sharing and educating others about the world of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). It is an area that is close to her heart. She is a mother of two amazing little people who she enjoys watching grow and learning all of what life has to offer.

Trevor Turnbull (5)

Trevor Turnbull is an Online Reputation Strategist, Linkedin Trainer, Sports Marketer, Speaker and Host of the WordPress Authorities podcast where he interviews owners of WordPress websites that are building “Authority” in their niche online with the goal of empowering his audience with the knowledge to create, grow and monetize their own Authority Website(s).

Michaela Eaton-Kent (4)

Michaela Eaton-Kent is her final year at the University of British Columbia on her way to completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science. Her interests beyond politics include traveling, cooking, environmentalism and snowboarding. Always on the hunt for a new adventure she spent 6 months in South East Asia in 2012 as part of an exchange program in Singapore and volunteer work in Cambodia . This past year she spent 6 weeks attempting to improve on her french at La Université Sainte-Anne and is always looking for new opportunities to practice.

Samantha Ellis (3)

Samantha Ellis is a fourth year English Literature student at the University of British Columbia. Her two greatest loves include writing and philanthropy and she plans on pursuing both intensely in the future. Though her interest in volunteering began with her involvement with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Victoria, her passion found a home in the Ronald McDonald House of BC, for which she has been a loyal volunteer for the past four years. She spent her most recent semester abroad, studying literature in Brighton, England. This experience sparked both her interest in travel and a decent cup of tea. When she is not immersed in a book you can find her spending time with her friends, attempting beginner’s yoga, or in an endless search for a bargain Pinot Grigio.
