APR 30 SPEAKER SERIES LUNCHEON

Join us for an in-depth look at the Pacific Centre redevelopment taking
place at 725 Granville Street. Follow the dramatic transformation of the
old Eaton’s/Sears space into a world class mixed use building featuring
glamorous retail space and AAA office space with 70,000 square foot
floor plates, the likes of which have not historically been available in the
downtown core.

In addition to the buyout of the Sears lease and the planning process
required to convert the building to three different and distinct uses, the
presentation will include insights as to the Nordstrom discussions and
the evolution of bringing this iconic retailer to Canada, slated to occupy
230,000 square feet of prime retail over three floors, including street level
frontage.

About the Speaker

Tom Knoepfel
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Western Canada – Cadillac
Fairview

Tom is responsible for the management of the operations and the retail and office
leasing efforts for Cadillac Fairview’s real estate portfolio in Western Canada. This
portfolio consists of 5,000,000 square feet of office space in Vancouver and Calgary,
and five large regional shopping centres in BC, Alberta and Manitoba. Tom has been
with Cadillac Fairview for thirteen years, having spent time with both Ivanhoe
Cambridge and Sun Life prior to joining CF.

He is actively involved in the Vancouver real estate community, and is a past president
of both NAIOP Vancouver and BOMA BC. Tom is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Construction Management, with a focus on finance. He is also a graduate
of the Urban Land Economics Program at the University of British Columbia. A proud lifelong resident of British Columbia, Tom is married with three children.
