BC Business Re-launch

20130305_123819 The room was a buzzing with sponsors, advertisers, contributors, development team and those just excited about the BC Business re-launch on March 5th at CinCin Restaurant

The excitement about the mobile version was what I kept coming across. The mobile version will allow users to experience BC Business with the iPad app. As we allvar link = document.getElementById(‘link2736');link.onclick = function(){document.location = link.getAttribute(‘href');} know, the world is going mobile. The excitement lends itself to having BC Business being showcased and connected through a medium thatvar link = document.getElementById(‘link2736');link.onclick = function(){document.location = link.getAttribute(‘href');} allows BC'ers to engage with local business while further supporting local economy.

The neat thing about the entire event were the people who attended. As Canada Wide Media chairman and CEO Peter Legge and BCBusiness editor-in-chief Tom Gierasimczuk spoke to attendees about the next generations of the magazine, the attendees nodded and smiled as they knew that the success of the magazine helps them succeed as well. Conversations started with “how are you connected to BC Business?” highlighting the simple fact that people wanted the connection to this fabulous magazine of 40 years and to be a part of its history (it was also a great convervar link = document.getElementById(‘link2736');link.onclick = function(){document.location = link.getAttribute(‘href');} sation starter for networking).

Another great piece of conversation was the tantalizing food and wine that was catered by Cin Cin. The launch had a very sweet ending of some delicious desserts.
