Do you work with people? Ever wondered how you might improve the relationship dynamics and increase your collective effectiveness?
Join your fellow Next Leaders for a dynamic session which will challenge conventional assumptions about how organizations and teams work. You will be introduced to the concept of Relationship Systems Intelligence – an emerging, cutting edge field in leadership development.
Through this lens, you will view teams and organizations as living systems, with their own needs, strivings, and wisdom – rather than simply a conglomerate of individuals. You will gain skills that create increased productivity and positivity and leverage the talents in any team or organization.
Bring a leadership challenge you are currently facing and see how Relationship Systems Intelligence can bring creative energy to solving it.
