Doors open at 5:00 PM. The bar opens at 5:30 for pre-event networking. The presentations begins at 6:00 PM and will end at approximately 7:30 PM, followed by networking opportunities, providing attendees with time to connect with their colleagues and the presenters. Light snacks are served after the presentations and are included in your ticket price. A bar is available all evening, payable by cash, VISA and Debit card.
Please note that seating in the theatre is first-come, first-served. If the theatre is full, registered guests will be invited to join us in the lounge to view the presentation live on the large-screen.
