IAAP Vancouver is conducting an interactive presentation designed to aid participants in applying the “LEAD” approach to administrative leadership. They will answer individual and team questions, participate in discussion, and respond to real-life situations so as to demonstrate the practical use of this method! Participants will also be given a checklist of ten key leadership steps that they can then take on their path to success as administrative professionals.
