Olive Branch Consulting provides negotiation skills training and mediation to transform conflicts into collaborative discussions and transform difficult conversations into calm, productive ones. In this one hour education session, Leanne Harder will identify ten negotiation blunders that prevent you from finding a win/win.
Ms. Harder is the founder and lead mediator at Olive Branch Consulting. She has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Adult Education, together with mediation training from the Justice Institute of BC. Since 2002, she has provided mediation, training, and coaching to individuals, families and organizations, to assist them in negotiating collaboratively.
