The saying goes that nine out of 10 people love chocolate’ and the tenth person is lying.
Join us on November 21st for an evening of connections and chocolate as Eagranie Yuh, The Well-Tempered Chocolatier treats us to a series of tastings where we’ll learn the astonishing variation in chocolate flavour, from fruit to flowers to earth.
Despite the ubiquity of chocolate in our lives, few people know where it comes from, how it’s made, and the drastic difference between industrial chocolate and fine chocolate. Just like wine, fine chocolate is the result of quality ingredients, source properly and made by real people not industrial manufactures.
We’ll compare fine chocolate to a childhood favourite and you can make up your own mind as to the difference in quality.
Eagranie will also have bars of the chocolates we’ve taste tested for purchase.
