Join us for an engaging afternoon of learning and networking, as Professor Günter Stahl, Professor of International Management at WU Vienna and Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD, discusses how to capture growth opportunities and ensure long-term organizational success with a strategic perspective on managing your human capital and talent.
Who will benefit? Senior executives, founders, and HR leaders from both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
As part of the workshop, you will assess the Employee Value Proposition of your organization to gain insights into your specific HR and organizational development challenges in terms of attracting, developing, and retaining employees. You will come away with tangible knowledge on how to align talent management with overall business goals and how to support organizational change based on global best practices in developing and sustaining strong talent pipelines.
You will also hear about the trends and latest practices found in a global benchmarking study of human capital management conducted by a team of researchers from the universities of Cambridge, Cornell, Erasmus, and INSEAD. Come prepared to anchor your insights by discussing them with other participants, while exploring and generating ideas for your own solutions.
Günter Stahl has consulted or been involved in executive development and learning for a range of companies, including Alstom, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Audi, Astra Zeneca, Bank Mandiri, Bayer Healthcare, BMW, BOC, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, DaimlerChrysler, Fresenius, GlaxoSmithKline, Henkel, Nissan, Noble, Novartis, IBM, KPMG, Lufthansa, Mobilink, Siemens, Standard Chartered Bank, Telekom Austria, and UGS, among others. He serves on the boards of several for-profit and non-profit organizations, including Catalyst, the leading research and advisory organization working globally with companies to build inclusive environments and expand opportunities for women in business.
