Join us for an engaging afternoon of learning and networking, as Professor Günter Stahl, Professor of International Management at WU Vienna and Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD, discusses how to capture growth opportunities and ensure long-term organizational success with a strategic perspective on managing your human capital and talent.
Who will benefit? Senior executives, founders, and HR leaders from both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
As part of the workshop, you will assess the Employee Value Proposition of your organization to gain insights into your specific HR and organizational development challenges in terms of attracting, developing, and retaining employees. Come prepared to anchor your insights by discussing them with other participants, while exploring and generating ideas for your own solutions.
