Outline: Navigating today’s social media landscape can be challenging and overwhelming. This workshop will address issues to consider when building and maintaining your online profile, including: personal brand management; social media etiquette; linking your profiles from multiple sites; using social media for research and networking; and how to time manage your online engagement.
Facilitator: Marie Chatterton
Known as an inter-generational communications specialist, Marie presents and consults internationally on the topics of Millenials (Gen Y), Social Media, Online Branding, Viral Marketing, and improving the overall communication experience.
Holding a MA in Professional Communication, Marie is passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with others. She is the Online Community Director for Vancouver based Ayoudo.com and teaches social media courses at Langara College.
Whether online or in person, there is always room to improve communication. Marie’s goal is to assist her clients in experiencing, and benefiting from, strong two-way communications with clients and staff.
Tickets include 3 hour workshop, materials, and post-workshop availability by facilitator.
